Getting Started with LiveReports

Who should attend?
This is a beginner level course that assumes you have had no previous exposure to LiveReports except perhaps having viewed a training video or online documentation.
What you will learn?
You will learn how to create and format custom reports to measure the metrics that matter to your business and to schedule them for delivery. We will also venture into a second method of report writing - duplicating a system report. During this segment we will show you how to leverage other Autotask System Reports and add simple charting into your reports.
Using APIs to Extend the Power of Autotask
Sunday, June 2, 2013 – 1:00 – 5:00pm
Who should attend?
In this intensive workshop, a panel of experienced Autotask API users and developers will demonstrate how to use the API to extend the power of Autotask to connect and manage the other tools and products you use to service your clients; from financial applications and invoicing to communication tools and beyond.
What you will learn?
This course is targeted to users who have an understanding of the general API concept and perhaps some past experience. We will focus on getting you started with Autotask's API.
